The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and your employer and Kardon. (“Membership””Company”, “we”, or “us”).

Individuals who agree to appear as guests on any podcast offered by the Membership agree to transfer all intellectual property rights they may have in any such interviews to the Membership and further provide a license to any rights they are unable to assign.
Once you cancel you and your employer shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Service or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
The Membership makes no warranties regarding the performance or operation of this website. The Membership further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, products, workbooks, or services included on or through this website.
